Terrain Generation
To create this terrain I used a program called World Machine to generate a height field and splat map to import into Unity. Once in Unity I imported my height map and splat map and applied it to a 512 x 512 terrain.
Here is an in-depth video of what I did to create my terrain.

3-D View of my House
Here is a view of my house from the South East. You can see the kitchen through the bottom right window and the open hallways to the bedrooms on the second floor. This is a great view of the entertainment area of the house and it very southern exposure oriented design.
House Elevation Views
Here are the Elevation Views of my house.
North
My house has two floors. Each floor is 10 feet tall with the roof extending up to 30 feet. From the Southern view you can clearly see the entrance to the house and the garage. Also from the South is a great view of the open curtain windows on the first and second floors. The only other interesting view, the North, features a window into the kitchen and a rear exit into the back yard.

House Floor Plans
This is the main floor of my house. This house is intended as a place to hold parties. It includes a wide open dining/family area, and a high end kitchen. The entrance is open and lead right into the main entertaining spaces. With a two-story southern exposure curtain wall the entertaining area is exposed to light.
The second floor contains all of the bedrooms. The curtain wall extends to the top of the second floor. There is also an office for work.

Five Primitives Sculpture
Here is a view of my Five Primitives Sculpture. I used 2 boxes and a cone, a doughnut and a trapezoid. In 3DS Max I modified these primitives into this sculpture.

A Substitue
So instead of re-doing my bouncing ball I sculpted a character in Autodesk Mudbox. All this work is original and was done in one night.
The full resolution Mudbox model can be found here.

Apartment Project Images
For my first project I was tasked with creating an apartment with a limit of 600 sq. ft. Here are the results from that challenge.
As you enter the apartment the kitchen/bar welcomes you.
This is a view from the back of the kitchen, view-able are the stairs to the bedroom and the bar area.
This is the bedroom, here we can see the bed and the beautiful pizza roll pillows.
This is a view of the balcony hallway, also the stunning Chicago Night Skyline.
Here is the bathroom complete with toilet, stand up shower and sink.
